We are offereing for the custom printed ribbon. To make a personalized printed ribbon, we have different print methods for your options. Each print effect makes your ribbon unique and attractive. It also shows your brilliant creation and reflects the magic moment of life.
The following put ups are available.

For small shipment, our contracted express courier is DHL and we will ship the parcel freight collect. For larger shipment, you may use your contracted courier and you just provide us the detail with contact name.
For custom printed designs, there will be extra charges for plates, small dyeing lot, and sampling. When receiving your inquiry, we will confirm back to you with every detail and extra charge might be arosed.
| Q: Should I provide actual drawing for printing? |
| A: Yes, please provide us with the actual drawing in .pdf or .ai file if possible. Our plate maker will do the artwork according to your drawing and will do slighly adjustment or arrangment if neccessary. We will submit the artwork for your approval before sampling or main production. |
| Q: If a pre-production sample is required, what is the cost to get a sample? |
| A: Except for the plate charges, there will also be sample charges if you require to submit before printing. We will have to pay the printer for sampling as well as the freight for delivery. These costs will be charged onto your acccount. |
| Q: How long will it take to have the sample and how long will the sample be? |
| A: Usually, it will take 10-15 days to have a sample printed for 3-5 meters but we will submit as soon as possible. |
| Q: When re-ordering a custom printed ribbon, should I pay again for the plates or samples? |
| A: For the same logo print, you will not have to pay again for the plates and we will use the plates already done for the previous order. If you require again to sample before printing, we will still charge for sampling. |
